Encryption
Kinect VNC supports:
- RSA-AES (RA2/RA2_256) for RealVNC compatibility
- VeNCrypt/TLS 1.3 for TigerVNC and related clients
Keep Require Encryption enabled for production use.
Authentication
Choose one:
- VNC password
- System authentication
- Client certificate
Session codes
Generate temporary one-time access codes for support workflows.
Brute-force protection
Set max failed attempts and lockout duration to reduce password guessing risk.
